Amazing experience Amazing experience! Tour Hero proposed activities that I hadn’t considered and ended up being some of the favorites of the group. Also, details throughout the trip elevated the experience, making me want to always travel this way! I could relax knowing things where taken care of and if anything came up they would quickly solve it.

Chrissy did a great job Chrissy did a great job. Though the yoga could have been more challenging. And there could have been more philosophical discussion. The airport transfer and cabs were quite stressful and that is why I’d didnt give it four stars. The food at the resort was absolutely fantastic.

Great operation, plead for more explanations I liked the smooth operation of the itinerary. Even though it could be challenging to manage all the people participating in the trip, guides managed very well in bringing people together to move and gather. The trip could have been better if there were some explanations of where we are at. For example, I expected some kind of explanation on the city of Tokyo when travelling through a cruise - there was no explanation, and the cruise was merely used for transportation.

The transport to and from the resort… The transport to and from the resort was badly organized with no specific directions on where to find the driver on arrival and we had to wait an hour and a half before our driver arrived. Also the transport was over an hour late arriving at the resort to take the first group back to the airport.
