Tents were set up perfectly and were waterproof and wind proof with warm sleeping bags and comfortable air mattresses. Everything was planned perfectly. Loved the white water rafting event Feedback I have about tour hero is maybe send a lot of the packing info and updates you sent in the WhatsApp earlier than you did.

Great experience with TourHero I recently completed an international retreat organized by TourHero. It was a great experience and I would definitely work with them again. Two things stood out - the amount of accurate, detailed information that was shared, and the personal, caring staff. Everything ran smoothly, I knew what to expect and when. I also felt I had support from the company should it be needed. The planning was superb; the trip was a great.

Fuqua'Japan Trek - Tour Hero Dislike: - Hiroshima was the most expensive add-on, and we only spent 30 minutes at the museum. I felt rushed when I expected to have the opportunity and time to walk around for more time. - Last-minute changes to the itinerary without informing the attendees. For example, the TeamLab visit will be in the morning, instead of the afternoon as initially planned. - Hotel in Tokyo was of a low quality. Super small room. I didn't like it and didn't feel comfortable.

Local guides were incredible! The TourHero team did an incredible job of planning a packed trip for our group. I can't speak highly enough of the local guides who joined us in each city to teach us about the history and local landmarks. The whole trip was extremely well organized between different modes of transportation and I don't think we were late once. What an amazing way to see a country for the first time, with local guides and travel plans taken care of.
