AJ made our trip so enjoyable and memorable. He was informative, patient, friendly and a great time keeper. The transport to and from the resort… The transport to and from the resort was badly organized with no specific directions on where to find the driver on arrival and we had to wait an hour and a half before our driver arrived. Also the transport was over an hour late arriving at the resort to take the first group back to the airport.

Great experience Loved tour guide David, private chef Daiva and Marius planning ! Tents were set up perfectly and were waterproof and wind proof with warm sleeping bags and comfortable air mattresses. Everything was planned perfectly. Loved the white water rafting event Feedback I have about tour hero is maybe send a lot of the packing info and updates you sent in the WhatsApp earlier than you did.

Awesome experience with a group! Awesome experience with a group! TourHero helped our yoga studio go on a retreat in Costa Rica. It was wonderful having a professional spearhead everything, and someone to keep us on task with keeping all our travel documents and schedules up to date. I didn't organize the trip so don't know how easy they were to work with, but from the user side the experience was wonderful!
