He owes me $13000 - has sent an email stating he wanted bank details to refund it - and NOTHING!! He ignores ph calls and emails. STAY AWAY- GO ELSEWHERE!! I have been using Business Class Club… I have been using Business Class Club for many years for my international travel. I find Jaycob to be efficient, professional and prompt. There was a time that the driver did not pick me up and Jaycob promptly refunded me. This last booking there was an issue receiving the tickets to my email, Jaycob phoned me direct and he then emailed the airline booking reference and I was able to download direct to the app. Business Class Club offers great value without compromising service I will continue to be a customer.
