He owes me $13000 - has sent an email stating he wanted bank details to refund it - and NOTHING!! He ignores ph calls and emails. STAY AWAY- GO ELSEWHERE!! Jaycob’s professional service sources appropriate flights to Italy I cannot speak highly enough of Jaycob’s efforts to source appropriate airfares for my wife and I. In difficult times he was able to find fares and dates for our future trip to Italy . He was always available to provide updates on what the “lie of the land” was and strategies that he was employing to obtain appropriate flights for us. I cannot speak highly enough of his efforts .

Scam, Dishonest People in dodgy Company. We booked to travel from Perth to Dusseldorf in August 2020 with Aron Tendler, then Covid came so could not travel as flights were stopped, Aron told us that could not refund money but would give us a credit for future travel valid until end of 2025. We have not been able to get this credit honored and have been told lies and not answering our calls, they are now simply ghosting us and keeping our money that I know has been given back to them from Singapore Airlines. These guys are very Dodgy and I would not recommend using them as you may lose your hard earned money from these Scam artists. They even said that they were organising a refund at one stage but never came, we have also had dealings with Jaycob Tendler but these stopped when he realised who we were. This Company is very dishonest and should not be allowed to continue taking money from innocent people.

A perfect experience Jaycob organised our flights with effortless ease and was always on hand to answer any questions or concerns we had. Our flights went exactly to plan. Jaycob was very helpful when we unfortunately had a terrible accident whilst overseas and travel insurance wanted us to return home looking at what options were available. Highly recommend Business Class Club!
