To be honest To be honest, cordial and conductive, I will say it this way, I paid my Afort Mayer ticket yesterday and they never sent me the confirmation of the ticket. I called and the person who assisted me told me that I was waiting with a recorder for almost more than 20 minutes. I called him again and I told him to please help me since I was at the airport 2 hours before the flight left and when the boy sent the confirmation they did not let me board, I wasted my time, my money and I almost lost my job because I had to buy another flight to another destination near my home to be able to be on time for my job, it should be noted that I was going to fort myers and I had to shop for Orlando and then pay for a very expensive Uber to fort mayer that was what happened to me with your company on the day of yesterday

My representative was Sheldon My representative was Sheldon. He was really nice and patient. I had many questions and he walked me thru the process and answered my questions with patience. At one point we had difficulty with my credit card. It kept showing the message of "Error" when Sheldon tried to run the number. But, he stuck with it and was able to rectify the problem. He's really nice and professional.
