GBWe were contacted by Travel Rep/Paul We were contacted by Travel Rep/Paul. He walked with us every set of the way and helped up download/print our invoice and receipt. The next day, Paul called to inform us that the Booking Confirmation was available and to use booking details at the airport. He gave us his phone extention several times, if we had questions or problems.

GBtickets need to be issued immediately… tickets need to be issued immediately by the agents so we avoid a situation like this one where an agent tells a customer to book economy tickets (instead of basic economy) so he can pick his seat and bring personal items and one carry on. But the next calls me and said there is no more main cabine tickets (whil in reality there were some because we booked it).

GBGreat customer service Our flight PNR confirmation would not work. However, after a phone call, our issue was resolved. During the couple of hours needed to resolve the issue, I received several phone calls with updates. Great customer service!

GBI paid for a plane ticket that was… I paid for a plane ticket that was never issued to me. I kept being told to "wait 24 hours for my confirmation# I waited 3 days and no reservation. "On top of it "someone from travelodaddy/voyager started using my credit card for personal reasons to buy liquor and other items in New York. I filed a formal complaint with travelodaddy.com for a full refund and additional compensation for punitive damages. "

GBBrian was super helpful Brian was super helpful. The process takes a LONG time but he did help me find a decent deal. I would like to actually travel with these tickets before completing this review but I will update it after we travel. For now, I am giving 4 stars but without any mishaps in our travel, I will update this to a five-star review.
