The servers were down and the whole process took 2 days to complete that's why the 4 star rating. None of that was Jason's fault and I really appreciated his professionalism. tickets need to be issued immediately… tickets need to be issued immediately by the agents so we avoid a situation like this one where an agent tells a customer to book economy tickets (instead of basic economy) so he can pick his seat and bring personal items and one carry on. But the next calls me and said there is no more main cabine tickets (whil in reality there were some because we booked it).

Brian was super helpful Brian was super helpful. The process takes a LONG time but he did help me find a decent deal. I would like to actually travel with these tickets before completing this review but I will update it after we travel. For now, I am giving 4 stars but without any mishaps in our travel, I will update this to a five-star review.

Levi is the best! This is a discount travel site. From previous experience with such sites, I knew that the price I saw online was not going to be the price I would be quoted upon calling. That being said, Levi was super patient, professional, and kind when helping me. He spent numerous hours and days following up with me and in the end got me the best price for nonstops RT. I will definitely be calling him back in the future.

Brian was amazing Brian was amazing! I was very hesitant about purchasing tickets through this company after reading all the reviews. He reassured me everything would be ok. It took 48h for the tickets to be issued. I downloaded the Delta app to make sure tickets are there. He was great, very professional. Thank you for your help!
