Oliver eased my fear and offered great service I contacted FBC and talked with Oliver, i was skeptical and asked alot of questions, oliver answered them and eased my fears, he offered great customer service got me on the flights for better than the price i anticapated, he was back to me in a timely fashion and booked and sent me confirmation ahead of the time he promised, i plan on contacting Oliver whenever i travel. do not hesitate to ask all questions. Oliver took great care of me. Im happy i made this call. thank you FBC and especially Oliver, 5 stars from me.

An Administrator in Action Kevin was excellent in assisting me when there was a problem with my round-trip flight from Gulfport, MS and Atlanta. He helped me when Visa refused my payment due to Fraud and in proving that Sky2Sail was really a legitimate business. He was polite and patient in seeing that all issues were resolved and did not rush me.

Complete bait and switch Complete bait and switch. The company has no intention of giving you the prices quoted on their website. They called me less than 10 minutes after I booked my flight on their website telling me the market prices of my flight had changed. My flight was a 2-leg flight. They claimed they secured my first leg, but not the second leg, and the first leg was confirmed so therefore not cancellable or refundable. This is an outright lie I didn't realize at the time. All flights (even basic economy flights) are cancellable within 25 hours of booking by law. Bottom line. This company should be put out of business for its awful tactics. I'll never entertain using them again.

Great Customer Service I was a bit skeptical since I wasn’t familiar with the company. But I was quickly put at ease when Jason was able to assist me with my travel itinerary. He stayed on the phone and waited until I received my confirmation email and answered any questions that I had. I even received a follow up call a few days later to ensure I got my tickets. I will definitely use this company again!

There's a bait and switch when booking… There's a bait and switch when booking air with FBC. The website will have a lower rate and when they call to confirm you're advised that those fares are no longer available, although they still show on website. And, they will try to sell you on a fare that's much higher, and in many cases a different airlines with extremely long layovers. Not good.
