GBFBC website is not sync with the actual… FBC website is not sync with the actual flight. On other word, you may pay way more than what you’ve seen in the website. The only way to get out of this trap is to dispute through your bank.

GBComplete bait and switch Complete bait and switch. The company has no intention of giving you the prices quoted on their website. They called me less than 10 minutes after I booked my flight on their website telling me the market prices of my flight had changed. My flight was a 2-leg flight. They claimed they secured my first leg, but not the second leg, and the first leg was confirmed so therefore not cancellable or refundable. This is an outright lie I didn't realize at the time. All flights (even basic economy flights) are cancellable within 25 hours of booking by law. Bottom line. This company should be put out of business for its awful tactics. I'll never entertain using them again.

GBThere's a bait and switch when booking… There's a bait and switch when booking air with FBC. The website will have a lower rate and when they call to confirm you're advised that those fares are no longer available, although they still show on website. And, they will try to sell you on a fare that's much higher, and in many cases a different airlines with extremely long layovers. Not good.
