FRAUD This travel agency participates in very shady business practices. Do not use! We have been waiting 3 months for a refund we will never receive.

I finally received my refund for this trash I open up a claim back in January 18th about this location and Raleigh, North Carolina. It's in a bad area with lots of complaints against it. It's called suburban suites studio and North Carolina Raleigh. The complaints are people loitering in front selling drugs and numerous weapons assaults. I was told by somebody that I have as a contact in Raleigh, North Carolina that this place is an undesirable place to stay. Upon reviewing this place I didn't see all that so I finally received on today's date which is March 21st a full refund

Big yikes Unexpectedly paid 170$ Canadian not realizing the money is in USD. The hotel is 99$ Canadian on the website. My money was taken, my room was not confirmed and my trip is in a few days and when emailing support they got back to me once, told me to email support if I have concerns (which is what I was doing) then replied to no further emails requesting a refund. Sufficient to say my trips been ruined and I wouldn’t suggest booking this way to my worst enemy

Cheap Hotels Hub asked for patience, putting all the responsibility on (slow processing by) "Stripe" ... It is very difficult to believe that the (really much too slow) way of refunding cannot be solved my Cheap Hotels Hub. I am really very dissatisfied!!!
