Best passport experience I could have asked for! Painless, incredibly quick, friendly staff. Roman and his team made this otherwise possibly excruciating bureaucratic red tape nonsense feel easy and 100% stress-free. I was unsure of which passport agency to visit, but with weekend hours I decided to go with Rush Passport. I was having a terrible bad luck kind of day and I knew I wouldn't make it to their office before they closed at 2pm, so I called Roman and he offered to wait for me until I arrived- ended up being 1:57 or something ridiculous. They were kind, lightning fast, never made a stink about staying late, and I was out the door by 2:18. This rare customer service really turned my whole day around.
