I came into the office with my paperwork on a Thursday, applied for a first time passport with expedited service and it was ready & available for pick up the very next Monday (4 days). Superb service I was so nervous and anxious when I called Rush Passport but Allie was pleasant, made me feel calm and took all the worry out of the whole procedure. I’m so glad that I got such an attentive and experienced agent who walked me through it all very patiently. I got my passport in less time that I thought possible and was finally able to go on a long awaited family trip for a major reunion all thanks to Allie and her expertise ! Incredible experience Incredible experience. I expected a typical byzantine hassle and was so happy I didn't. When I called a human picked up, a real live human. The staff walked me through every step via phone and email. They made everything EASY when we went in, even allowing my family to go in and out of the building to get needed documents (psa: parking is HARD so leave extra time if you're driving :) ) I actually look forward to our next passport renewal!

An excellent and fast passport experience My wife and I brought our young daughters to Rush Passport and the entire process was smooth and easy, and also friendly ! Everyone who works there was very helpful . Roman , who it turned out is the owner , came out of his office as did another executive , to help my daughters get happily settled for their pictures ! everything was explained thoroughly and clearly AND passports were in my hands ahead of schedule. The expense I feel was well well worth it.
