RushPassport is AWESOME!!! RushPassport is an absolute blessing. My father, who lives in England, was taken into the hospital and I needed to get there as soon as possible. When I went to book my ticket I realized that my passport had expired. I didn't have time to wait for a standard renewal. Thankfully, a friend told me about RushPassport. These guys are awesome!! The entire process is fast and easy, and the staff is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Travel is stressful enough. Getting your paperwork in order doesn't have to be. Rush Passport is incredible! Rush Passport is incredible. I was unaware of the rule that passports needed to expire in less then 6 months when traveling internationally. I called Rush Passport and they guaranteed my delivery in 4-6 days. This allowed me to make my flight/avoid a hassle with the state department. Truly 10/10 service. The people who work there are incredible, so patient and understanding, and really will do whatever they can to make things happen for you. Superb service I was so nervous and anxious when I called Rush Passport but Allie was pleasant, made me feel calm and took all the worry out of the whole procedure. I’m so glad that I got such an attentive and experienced agent who walked me through it all very patiently. Best passport experience I could have asked for! Painless, incredibly quick, friendly staff. Roman and his team made this otherwise possibly excruciating bureaucratic red tape nonsense feel easy and 100% stress-free. I was unsure of which passport agency to visit, but with weekend hours I decided to go with Rush Passport. I was having a terrible bad luck kind of day and I knew I wouldn't make it to their office before they closed at 2pm, so I called Roman and he offered to wait for me until I arrived- ended up being 1:57 or something ridiculous. They were kind, lightning fast, never made a stink about staying late, and I was out the door by 2:18. This rare customer service really turned my whole day around.
