Kidmoto were fantastic Kidmoto were fantastic. After travelling from Australia with 2 kids under the age of 3 we were exhausted. They contacted us to let us know they were on time and we had the App so we could follow the drivers movements. Our drivers were extremely friendly and pointed out all the sights on the way into NYC. I will recommend them to anyone travelling with young kids to the New York.

We were delayed 1 hour on the ground and and another in the air and he met us perfectly outside of baggage claim at 12 midnight in the rain and had the car seats all ready for our tired troops ~ this service was great

Highly highly recommended. Great for families. Come highly recommended. We are from the UK and travelled with our 14 month old. Both trips too and from the airport to Mahattan were safe, with the correct car seat installed and both drivers friendly and put us at ease. We left a mobile phone on the taxi on our return trip and Nelson at Kidmoto was nothing short of exceptional in making sure we got it back ok. The taxi driver brought it back to their head office and Nelson despatched via the post office and kept us up to date on the errant phone''s whereabouts until we got it back a few days later. Again, this company can't come better recommended.

Absolutely perfect service We used Kidmoto to travel from JFK to midtown Manhattan. Booking was pretty simple, I did it via the webpage, then the Kidmoto app did the rest. It notified us about the assigned driver, also got notification that our driver arrived. Our driver Manjinder was very kind, he sent us message that he was waiting for us in the terminal, I could chat with him using the app. He helped us with the luggages and we felt very safe during the travel. Thank you Kidmoto, I'll definitely use the service again!
