This is a great service for traveling with kids! This is a great service for those of us who like to bring our kids on vacation and don't want to deal with the cost and hassle of car rentals for city visits or other airport transfers (like we did in NYC). The driver was on time, the car was spacious, and the child car seats were nice. It's more expensive than a cab or Uber/Lyft, but to us it was worth it with our minds at ease knowing we were traveling safely with our kids.

On the whole, fantastic service! Prompt, great car and comfortable car seat for my toddler. Gave us peace of mind when travelling abroad and arriving late evening! Only slight negative was the driver who, despite being very pleasant, spent the whole journey telling us how rubbish the city was. Not great when you’ve just arrived on holiday! Apart from that, very impressed.

Unjust added fees Our flight was delayed due to a snow storm. I continually updated the driver through the app, however the driver decided to head to the airport even though we hadn’t even taken off. When the receipt arrived we’d been charged excessive waiting and parking fees. I emailed to query this and I did receive a refund, which I’m grateful for, but I hope this is not common practice as I would like to use this service for future trips (I did use for a return trip to the airport and had no issues)

Highly highly recommended. Great for families. Come highly recommended. We are from the UK and travelled with our 14 month old. Both trips too and from the airport to Mahattan were safe, with the correct car seat installed and both drivers friendly and put us at ease. We left a mobile phone on the taxi on our return trip and Nelson at Kidmoto was nothing short of exceptional in making sure we got it back ok. The taxi driver brought it back to their head office and Nelson despatched via the post office and kept us up to date on the errant phone''s whereabouts until we got it back a few days later. Again, this company can't come better recommended.
