Kathryn Fisher is wonderful to work… Kathryn Fisher is wonderful to work with. Thorough and detail oriented. She definitely knows her stuff and my clients always return delighted with their experiences in Australia or New Zealand. I have a couple on a 25 day tour right now and i'm sure their reactions will be similar.

Only criticism I have is that Swain pushes towards high-end options; in some cases they provide only high-end options. I was able to suggest and renegotiate these, and in one case, find an alternative option that Swain was unable to provide. For non-travel savvy or less tech-savvy people, this would be a real problem.

Swain is a Fabulous Partner to the Travel Agent! I rely on my friends at Swain for assistance in tailoring the perfect vacations for my clients with more exotic tastes, and they have never once let me down! In the last year, I have worked with them on several trips to ANZ, SE Asia, and even Africa, and their service and attention to the clients' needs are outstanding. I am looking forward to working with them on many more adventures to come.

Australian DREAM VACATION! Australian DREAM VACATION!! The Swain Destinations team took a 28 year old dream of two young kids, and turned it into a trip of a lifetime. They are a true CLASS ACT and have earned my business from here on out. They scheduled 15 days of Australia, starting in Sydney, migrating to Ayers Rock, then Cairns to Port Douglas, Brisbane and back to the US. Site seeing, hiking mountains, hugging koalas, diving the great barrier reef, dinner cruise, car service....I cant tell you how impressed I was that everyone from age 12 - 72 was included in EVERY activity - EVEN THE ZIP LINING!! GREAT JOB!
