South Africa Our trip that Swain Destinations planned to Africa was great from start to end. Planning was very easy and the entire trip was seamless. We were there almost three weeks and stayed in 6 different locations. We never had to worry about our next location or any logistics in moving from place to place. All internal transfers and flights were handled and everything was planned out down to the small details.

Perfection in Australia and New Zealand The trip my daughter and I took to Australia and New Zealand was flawless. Everything they did from arranging private transport in luxury cars to and from the airports and hotels, to making sure we had breakfast included in every hotel package (even ones we picked over theirs) was First Class. Well worth the price which was very reasonable for all the premium services we enjoyed. I would highly recommend (and I have many times to others). A better travel agency does not exist.

I rely on my friends at Swain for assistance in tailoring the perfect vacations for my clients with more exotic tastes, and they have never once let me down! In the last year, I have worked with them on several trips to ANZ, SE Asia, and even Africa, and their service and attention to the clients' needs are outstanding. I am looking forward to working with them on many more adventures to come.

Trouble free Tokyo Swain took my requests for Tokyo less than 10 days before we arrived and provided us with a three day trouble free plan which included everything we wanted to see and more. The best part was the young lady who was our personal English speaking guide in Tokyo. She spoke perfect English, we understood every word she said, she provided us with lots of hints and tips and made sure we did not stray out into traffic, She found some wonderful Japanese dining places - authentic food which we loved! We had a car and driver as well, so were able to keep our purchases and bags in the car. Great itinerary, lovely people, hassle free visit, and we got to the ship on time!

Only criticism I have is that Swain pushes towards high-end options; in some cases they provide only high-end options. I was able to suggest and renegotiate these, and in one case, find an alternative option that Swain was unable to provide. For non-travel savvy or less tech-savvy people, this would be a real problem.
