Unforgettable Experience! Just returned from Australia, which was a magical vacation that I will never forget. I had an amazing time spending New Year's Eve on a boat in Sydney Harbor, Kayaking in Byron Bay, and living in luxury on Lizard Island. The direction and assistance I received … The direction and assistance I received from Ian Swain for my group of 7 was spot on. Though they ended up changing out 2 tours while there, the tours booked were what they originally requested. The clients commented on the great serviced from Canterbury Trails guide, Irene, as well as the last 2 Luxury Lodges they stayed, Otahuna and Blanket Bay. I had an unusual request for stocking a villa for their stay in Blenheim and that was done efficiently through Swain and Canterbury. Absolutely no complaints with the service. Ian responded to me even if he was traveling.

Trouble free Tokyo Swain took my requests for Tokyo less than 10 days before we arrived and provided us with a three day trouble free plan which included everything we wanted to see and more. The best part was the young lady who was our personal English speaking guide in Tokyo. She spoke perfect English, we understood every word she said, she provided us with lots of hints and tips and made sure we did not stray out into traffic, She found some wonderful Japanese dining places - authentic food which we loved! We had a car and driver as well, so were able to keep our purchases and bags in the car. Great itinerary, lovely people, hassle free visit, and we got to the ship on time!
