Excellent service, Diana went beyond what was necessary to make our trio the best it could be. This is my second golf trip through GolfZoo. WI had the opportunity to use the same rep and she scheduled and arranged things most satisfactory. She made some suggestions and even changed a tee time so we can avoid the possibility of fog during our round. During our first trip to San Antonio she arranged new hotel venues when our wives joined us. I could not recommend Diana and Golf zoo more heartily.

Palm Springs 2016 This is then second time I have booked my Palm Springs trip thru Golf Zoo. I will again next year. The courses were in great shape and the tee times were as requested. The process and payment structure is simple, this allowed each member of my foursome to take care of their own portion. The Golf Zoo representative was knowledgeable and kept me informed of her progress obtaining which courses and tee times I requested. Only been 1 course of the 12 booked which I do not wish to play again. I recommend all courses at PGA West, Both Indian Wells courses, La Quinta Mountain, Silver Rock and If the wind is down the Classic Club.

Pinehurst Pinehurst is always a favorite, but hadn't been there in probably 10 years, so the opportunity to walk #2 in its original state was special. Also played #9 and 4. The Holly Inn is as I remember it from the 1970's, quaint, excellent service, great value. The guys at Golf Zoo did a fine job of putting our package together.

Group outing to FL Last year we worked with Mark Sutherland at Golf Zoo to plan an outing for 24 golfers to FL. Because of the COVID 19 pandemic we had to cancel at the last minute but Mark was incredible. From our first contact, Mark was great to work with. There were a lot of options to explore for such a large group and he was always responsive and helpful throughout the many twists and turns that led up to the eventual cancellation. Furthermore, in the midst of the ensuing disruption throughout FL, he was able to get complete refunds for our entire group. We were so pleased with all that Golf Zoo did for us, that we already are planning a 2021 trip with them!

Impeccable Service - Highest rating! Due to Covid, I had to change our travel dates 3 times over the past 16 months. In addition we went from 4 to 8 and finally ended up with 6 people travelling. Each change necessitated multiple adjustments - two condos instead of one, two rental cars instead of two, and having to alter reservations for the 13 games we intended to play.(And then - as if that wasn't enough - at the last minute, 4 of us decided to stay an additional week. Another car, another condo rental, more tee time reservations). Through it all Mark Sutherland handled everything flawlessly and courteously. (It got to where the changes were so frequent that I was reluctant to call him up again, but he was always friendly, and dealt with it all efficiently and with a minimum of fuss. Thanks, Mark!
