Impeccable Service - Highest rating! Due to Covid, I had to change our travel dates 3 times over the past 16 months. In addition we went from 4 to 8 and finally ended up with 6 people travelling. Each change necessitated multiple adjustments - two condos instead of one, two rental cars instead of two, and having to alter reservations for the 13 games we intended to play.(And then - as if that wasn't enough - at the last minute, 4 of us decided to stay an additional week. Another car, another condo rental, more tee time reservations). Through it all Mark Sutherland handled everything flawlessly and courteously. (It got to where the changes were so frequent that I was reluctant to call him up again, but he was always friendly, and dealt with it all efficiently and with a minimum of fuss. Thanks, Mark!

Amazing Golf Zoo travel planners with knowledge and helpful contact info. Planned a golf vacation week through Golf Zoo's Mark Sutherland to 3 of Florida's best courses. Unfortunately, Hurricane Matthew was in the state & we were evacuated twice & only played 1 course. No fault of Golf Zoo! Sadly wish Golf Zoo scheduled trips to more states as we live in the northern part of US.

Whistling StraitsTrip My wife booked a trip for me and my brother-in-law to play the four courses (Whistling Straits, Irish, Blackwolf Run River and Meadows) in Kohler Wisconsin. The tee times worked out great and all golf fees, including caddie fees, and lodging were included in the package. We did have to pay for caddie tips, but that was expected. Everything about the trip was great. The driving range and practice areas were great and the courses were in terrific condition. The caddies and staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Whistling Straits is a spectacular golf course.

2nd Trip, 2nd smooth experience 2nd time in 2 years that we booked our annual golf trip through GolfZoo. We went to Orlando again and had a very smooth experience. The accomodations and rental car were exactly as described. We switched up the golf courses this year on GolfZoo's recommendation and were very pleasantly surprised. Throughout the process, GolfZoo was responsive, communicative and helpful. We're already planning to go through them again next year.

Palm Springs 2016 This is then second time I have booked my Palm Springs trip thru Golf Zoo. I will again next year. The courses were in great shape and the tee times were as requested. The process and payment structure is simple, this allowed each member of my foursome to take care of their own portion. The Golf Zoo representative was knowledgeable and kept me informed of her progress obtaining which courses and tee times I requested. Only been 1 course of the 12 booked which I do not wish to play again. I recommend all courses at PGA West, Both Indian Wells courses, La Quinta Mountain, Silver Rock and If the wind is down the Classic Club.
