I have had Robin as my travel… I have had Robin as my travel representative for several years. She is always very responsive and extremely professional. She always comes through for me and although I try to give her plenty of time, I sometimes fail, but she still comes through. She is a huge asset to this group.

The accommodations were great even… The accommodations were great even though at first it was booked for 2 people but there were 4 of us. After the change, we were .very happy with it.

Professional Travel Assist Silver Breeze Travel and Robin Crockett in particular, has provided the most professional service I have ever experienced. This is a competitive industry but all travel agencies/agents are not the same. The service I have received from Silver Breeze is superb. All my questions or understanding have been clarified. I know exactly what I am getting. Additionally, the tour packages have been orderly and adjusted to my own particular needs and schedule. My vacation and casual travel needs are in place and when I call in to activate and use one, my requests are handled with expertise. I can't say enough about this company's response to my travel needs.

Robin is the best! Robin is always so easy to work with and makes the travel experience far less stressful. Since beginning to work with Robin in 2021 I've traveled much more consistently because I know there won't be those coordination headaches and the accomodations will be quality!

My friend and I chose a trip to Aruba My friend and I chose a trip to Aruba. We didn't want the all-inclusive as part of the package as we don't drink alcohol and I have some food allergies so we asked for a kitchenette. Robin Crockett was my agent who selected a resort that was perfect for our needs- even two casinos within feet of the resort, a short walk to Eagle Beach, a very short walk to a huge grocery store. Staff were wonderful! After our departure check-out they stored our luggage so we could stay longer and use the pool. We were given a hospitality room to get refreshed for our return trip. I asked for a shuttle to and from the airport and this arrived on time and was very accommodating. The area was very safe and we were comfortable walking along the beach every day. We met several Canadians who spend months in this area because of the consistent warm weather. Thanks to Silver Breeze Travels for their excellent service.
