Tyler deserves a raise! Our large party easily booked the Luau at The Wailea Beach Marriott using the online system. We realized that we would like to be seated near each other. Painless process, Great rewards, Very accommodating staff! Tyler on live chat was always available and extremely helpful in every convo. He was not hesitant to bend the rules a little to accommodate us. This is for sure one of the best places to book activities in Hawaii. They rewards points program is amazing, you get so much more value out of your money thanks to Travel Shack. We booked the Stargazing Tour and the Luau at Marriot. Memorable experience In December 2015 I traveled to Hawai'i for the first time and I booked the sunset and stargazing tour to Mauna Kea via Travel Shack. It was one of the most memorable experiences on the Big Island. Before booking the tour I got quick and useful advice from Tyler and all the communication with him was very efficient. Great activities and rewards We made two bookings with TravelShack and both were superb.
