Family Luau We vacationed in Maui for my parents wedding anniversary. We reached out to the company since the website stated a wait list was already in place. Tyler did a wonderful job accommodating our luau adventure. We had a group of 8 which included 4 children and 4 adults. We have 4 of us with a gluten allergy. We were sent a text confirming the allergy prior to the event. Upon arriving at the luau, every person we spoke to was welcoming and enthusiastic. The 4 kids loved every moment. Our server, Amanda, was caring and kind. She took the time to share exactly what dish she was putting at the table and if it was gluten free or not. All dishes were delicious! The luau itself was entertaining and captured our attention for the entire time. Thank you for making our luau experience memorable! Erin G.

What sets them apart from all others is their Customer Service! They are responsive, sincere, and see the problems through the eyes of their customers! We will definitely continue to use Travel Shack next year when we are back in Maui!

One of the members in our party could not attend the luau we had booked, and Tyler worked very aggressive to obtain a refund for us with the luau company. Oahu circle tour with Pearl Harbor We thoroughly enjoyed our circle tour of Oahu with Nancy. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and simply a wonderful person! We were fortunate to have a tour to ourselves with our family of four. Our stop at Pearl Harbor was efficient and not too long for the kids. Every stop was wonderful and well planned. Nancy was able to add in a special stop for my daughter to the Sunrise Shack on the North Shore. She recommended that our kids swing like Tarzan from banyan tree vines. They LOVED it! This tour was definitely a highlight of our trip. HIGHLY RECOMMEND🌸🤙🌸.
