This company is outstanding This company is outstanding, and I highly recommend if you want to do any activity in Hawaii, please contact this company. One of the members in our party could not attend the luau we had booked, and Tyler worked very aggressive to obtain a refund for us with the luau company. I cannot say enough about how this company ensures they meet their customers' expectations.

Excellent adventures with sea wildlife A great selection of activities. We did a snorkel trip and two dive trips. Highlights for us were turtles, eels, octopus, dolphins, and mantas. Tyler helped us take care of the paperwork online in advance of the trips. Everything was easy, activities were great, and the reward points added discounts to the trips and restaurants. Good experience booking with … Good experience booking with TravelShack. They personally reach out to you and are pretty responsive to emails. It is almost like a personal travel agent. The reward program they have are great as well. The 2 activities I chose were both great experiences, the people were super nice and had a wonderful time.

Had the BEST experience with Olav as… Had the BEST experience with Olav as our guide for the Pearl Harbor Experience tour. He is the most knowledgeable, patient, professional guide my friends and I have ever had. We have traveled all over the world and truly feel as though Olav was unbelievable!!!
