I had some complicated trips to organize and some of which I had to change dates and locations and they accommodated everything with grace and ease.

Integral & reputable Very rare to find a travel agent who is honest and doesn't bait and switch. Most of them have excuses. EOM is truly a pleasure to work with. They are integral and reputable. Eli is great. He's straight from the get go. There is no bait and switch with this agent. Their customer service is unparallel to anyone else out there. Eli & the team gives each of their customers the red carpet treatment.

Amazing customer service I have dealt with many travel companies for business travel in the past and eom travel was by far the most efficient and friendly. They were super patient with all my constant changes and got me a great price for a business class ticket from FL to Australia. Highly recommend these guys and would def use them again.
