Jason Patz best customer service! Jason Patz at Take a Break Travel has been so helpful to me. For the company as a whole I’m not impressed. As far as the agent Jason he was amazing. He even sent me links to activities that I could do while in town. He suggested ways to get around. He eased my frustration every time when I was upset about getting false information. Thank you Jason!!!

Jen with the great customer service Jen was very fast and courteous with assisting us during our traveling. I didn’t have the check in information available and she helped quick and respectfully. This was also the best vacation package I’ve ever booked!!!

Easy booking Oh my heart break the first time just to hear your travels dates are not available, then my customer servicer Kanny recheck and see that my dates are now available. Everything I Need to Know Jennifer walked me through the entire reservation process and even made me aware of the additional resort fees and taxes I would have to pay at check-in. I appreciated the heads-up as opposed to being surprised at the hotel counter.
