Appreciated all the information that helped us get ready for the tour and the packing and travel tips. Big thank you to Don for all our prep sessions and being a resource during the tour. Would have liked more time in Sallzburg and Rothenburg. Hotel accommodations and breakfast meals met or exceeded our expectations. Would recommend some other dinner options if one did not want to do a group meal. Add to the recommended items to bring - a wash cloth.

Lutherland and Bavaria Oct 2018 What a wonderful well planned out trip! Our driver Werner and tour director Dorothy were fabulous! I so enjoyed following the life of Martin Luther and all the fabulous cities and sites along the way! Seeing the Neuschwanstein Castle has always been on my bucket list and it did not disappoint! Gar was an excellent tour guide. Gar was an excellent tour guide. Whole trip was quite Informative. Wonderful scenery and Good weather. Some hotels were not up to par, especially Oban. Some very long days with lot of walking and lots of stairs. Assume this is normal in Scotland. Can be tough on old folks.

We really appreciated all the attention… We really appreciated all the attention to details for such a large group. Since David has reviewed you as well, the only item I would mention was that the upper room in the HoffBrau (spelling?) for Octoberfest was rather marginal. I think we sat for an hour and a half before we got anything and the fact that if you wanted a Dunkel beer you had to get a HUGE one but if you ordered something else you got a smaller one/choice. I said small Dunkel and got too much. When we finally received our meal it wasn't even what was promised, noodles and no veggies! Rest was awesome! Thanks!
