My December 2023 Umrah with Safwa… My December 2023 Umrah with Safwa Travels, specifically dealing with Agent Arsalan, was a complete disaster. Arsalan's unresponsive customer support, constant delays, and lack of trip knowledge were infuriating. They disappeared after taking my money, made last-minute hotel changes without warning, and the drivers were utterly unresponsive. Avoid this agency, especially Agent Arsalan, at any cost!

Despite some issues with my son’s return ticket Arsalan went above and beyond to ensure that his return travel is on time and all the tours/pickup/dropoffs occur seamlessly.
