Best trip ever in Peru! Mountain Lodges 7 Day Lares Trek was magical. Guides were incredible, the lodges were lovely, and the food was impeccable. I cried when the trip ended. Detour made the whole booking process so easy, I originally wanted to hike the Inca Trail but the permits were sold out. I was so bummed out, but Greg from Detour convinced me that this trip was just as good. It was that and even more. I am glad Detour had an alternative suggestion which in the end was a better option for me. I am so glad I did this trip!

The guides that were with us throughout our trip were phenomenal and very flexible in accommodating all of our requests. Honestly can't think of one part of our trip that we didn't enjoy, and we can't wait to use Detour again.
