Wonderful trip to Ecuador and the Galopagos Islands Our trip to Ecuador and the Galapagos went off without a hitch! The guides spoke excellent English and were very informative and fun to be with. They always met us on time and never left us wondering what we should do next in a country where we do not speak the language. Our cruise on the Eclipse was delightful and we made many friends among the passengers. We highly recommend Detour Destinations and hope to use them again on our next adventure tourism experience.

Our "Go To" Travel Planners! A few years ago we booked our first adventure tour to the Galapagos Islands; then Machu Picchu. Unbelievable. Extremely well organized. Since then we have booked Easter Island, Amazon, Uganda, Costa Rica, etc. to name a few. Our last several trips have been totally customized to meet our needs, desires, budget. Awesome group of people to work with. Because we have been working with them so long, I feel like they really have a good idea of the kind of vacations we desire. They have never disappointed us!

Best trip ever in Peru! Mountain Lodges 7 Day Lares Trek was magical. Guides were incredible, the lodges were lovely, and the food was impeccable. I cried when the trip ended. Detour made the whole booking process so easy, I originally wanted to hike the Inca Trail but the permits were sold out. I was so bummed out, but Greg from Detour convinced me that this trip was just as good. It was that and even more. I am glad Detour had an alternative suggestion which in the end was a better option for me. I am so glad I did this trip!
