Expresso Airport parking is a short… Expresso Airport parking is a short distance from the freeway exit, and plenty of parking is available. The pick-up time to the airport was within minutes of our arrival, and the same short wait time occurred for the return to our vehicle. I appreciate the option provided for valet parking, however self parking as been my choice. Our driver was very courteous and pleasant, not to leave out the cleanliness of the vehicle. I have used Expresso Airport parking on several previous occasions (all travels from Oakland Airport), and have yet to experience a less than a 5 star rating! Gary Cooper

Very easy to use even at 4am Very easy to use even at 4am. Used the Indoor self-park. Exiting can be little confusing even though there is signage, but once at the gate just scan you reservation print out like you did to get in.

Continue to provide great service at new location Despite the down turn in business due to covid, Expresso continues to work hard. Super friendly driver who helped folks with luggage as they need. Friendly help when I called after had troubles with their site (toggling betw week discount code or not) and they noticed as we drove out that I had overpaid by a day, I received a credit the same day. Parked with Expresso at their new location (previous FastTrack). A good amount of spots have shade structure (no “indoor”) don’t believe it’s a guarantee to get one. At this location the van dropped us off at our car (don’t know if that was the case at previous location). Assuming fewer people were traveling/ parking due to covid, we assumed Expresso would only have one van in circulation, which was the case (but their new location is closer to airport) and I assume they can add more as needed when business picks up, since they still have additional vans.

Usually a great experience with this… Usually a great experience with this company, however today upon arriving at the parking lot and realizing I had no cash on me, the driver became angry because he didn’t get a tip. Tips should be appreciated, but not demanded. Very awkward and uncomfortable situation.

Been using this airport parking for a decade Been using this airport parking for 10 years. Always quality customer service and never had any issues with them ever. Considering I’m a frequent flyer out of Oakland, these guys are my go to anytime I have to park and fly. Thanks for a decade of quality service.
