I parked my brand new Toyota Venza for… I parked my brand new Toyota Venza for three nights and when I came back to get the car I found that the Catalytic Converter stollen. I called the office and they told my to fill out application and the representative hung up on my face. Parking your vehicle there will have a high risk to have some parts stollen from the car. No supervision and zero customer service.

Thankful for your efficient and cheerful service! We were very impressed with the service and personalized attention given us and other patrons, especially during the current coronavirus crisis. Upon arriving at the nearly desolate airport during a “shelter-in-place” order which has closed all but essential businesses, we didn’t know if we would be able to retrieve our car from the lot. To our surprise and delight, Expresso was not only open but functioning normally! Thank you so very much!

I was so impressed by the service I received during our ride back to the parking lot. I've been parking with you guys for more than 3 years now and have never received such great customer service before. He was very helpful from the time he picked us up until the time he dropped us off. He build rapport, was friendly and even put our bags in my trunk. I was just very satisfied overall from how he was. He should get a promotion and train your staff. He is definitely a keeper. I really hope I see him again when I come back in April. I hope you give him a raise because I'd hate to see him go.

We have parked here a few times We have parked here a few times, now. Everything, from making the reservation, finding a parking place, and getting to the airport quickly, was so easy! I will never park any where except here. All the employees were so nice, and helpful. I look forward to our next trip!

Convenient and Quick I have used Expresso for many years. I highly recommend them for parking at the Oakland Airport. They are conveniently located and the shuttles get you to the airport quickly. The staff provides first rate customer service for check out too.
