Good but needs improvements The booking process was hassle free however after payment was processed and booking was completed they didn’t send me ticket details which caused panic. The ticket was sent over email after almost 25 mins. I was trying to reach out to their customer support but no response. Apart from this, the site is legitimate and booking can be done without worrying

I called to request assistance w my… I called to request assistance w my boarding pass, to save me time at the airport. I was lucky to have Ryan answer the phone. He remembered me asking for a wheelchair w I first purchased my ticket. He helped me to obtain my boarding pass and to set up the wheelchair. Excellent customer service.

Great service, would use again in the future! I had booked tickets for a round trip flight to Lebanon for Christmas time. Unfortunately one of the airlines canceled my flight.
