GBDerbyBox provided an exceptional… DerbyBox provided an exceptional Kentucky Derby experience for me and my friend. The only glitch we encountered was of our own making’ as we got turned around quite a bit while exiting the Kentucky Oaks on Friday and we could not find our shuttle pickup spot. The shuttle driver had only pointed out the house where we were dropped off, not the street name’ or address. Fortunately the shuttle contact number had been provided by DerbyBox and I had it handy and we found our ride. I would encourage DerbyBox to remind attendees in that very comprehensive ticket/welcome pack to remember to ask for the street address and even load it into their cell phones. But I truly have no complaints with the package and had a wonderful time,

GBEnjoyed the experience! We enjoyed our experience, the only concern we had was the parking, as we paid $215.00 to park at one of the locals home, when we could have parked at another local for $20 dollars. The food at the derby needs improvement because almost everyone was selling the same thing as the food was not good except for fries, and tulips drinks, and lilies of course!

GBI ordered my Kentucky Oaks ticket at… I ordered my Kentucky Oaks ticket at last minute, got a great seat and picked up my ticket at the office the day before the race. I highly recommend DerbyBox.com for tickets. It's easy to order the ticket online, and pick up in the office if not enough time to get your tickets in the mail. I was given a parking lot pass when I picked up my ticket, which was a huge plus! Also, I received an email in advance of the office hours (closed on Derby Day), which was super helpful with planning.
