Only wish I would have know our seats were beside a volume w/ large pipes coming from the 3rd floor. Obstructed view to the finish line. Other than that, great experience. would use again.

I ordered my Kentucky Oaks ticket at… I ordered my Kentucky Oaks ticket at last minute, got a great seat and picked up my ticket at the office the day before the race. I highly recommend DerbyBox.com for tickets. It's easy to order the ticket online, and pick up in the office if not enough time to get your tickets in the mail. I was given a parking lot pass when I picked up my ticket, which was a huge plus! Also, I received an email in advance of the office hours (closed on Derby Day), which was super helpful with planning.

Purchased package for the Derby in Jan Purchased package for the Derby in Jan. Found out in March my husband has throat cancer and chemo and radiation treatments would start late April for 7 consecutive weeks. I contacted Derby Box on March 25th to cancel and they informed me they could only refund 75% because I might be trying to scam them. Totally disgusting. Hoping to celebrate cancer free at the Derby next year but will not be using this company.
