Our 10 week trip to Australia and New Our 10 week trip to Australia and New. Zealand was excellent. On each stage of our adventure the planning as well as expertise of our agent was evident. Her good work culminated with the efficiency I received on my Qatar flights to Philadelphia. As a cancer patient currently in remission she discreetly arranged for special assistance with wheelchairs as well as a fine hotel in Doha. I am a huge fan of Paula Kramer.

Basilica Cistern- Terrible customer service I went to visit the basilica cistern on Sunday September 4th, 2022 at around 4:17pm. The line was quite long but moved relatively quickly I ended up reaching the ticket booth in about 10-15 minutes. I paid the amount to the tour office ticket guide. He was super rude and hostile. He stared me down and slammed my ticket and change on to the table in what seemed as a pathetic attempt to purposely offend and harm me. I’m pretty sure the ticket officer had an agenda and was acting on it. This ruined my entire experience at the cistern as I wasn’t sure if this is meant to reflect the sentiments of the administration and/or of the country itself. I walked through the cistern which was structurally impressive, but lacked any kind of information regarding the structures inside and was super busy inside so it took away from the experience. The ticket was also quite price for the kind of experience it offered, perhaps including a tour guide in that price would be better. So all in all I would rate this place as 0 out of 5 for customer service and 3 out 5 for an actual cultural experience. My ticket number is 000513 and I got it from counter 6. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone purely because of the horrendous treatment I was made to put up with.

We couldn't have done it without you Our first trip to Europe was a wonderful adventure because of all the expert guidance we got from Diane. We repeatedly said to each other during our travels how glad we were that Diane suggested this or that to make our trip go smoother and include what we wanted to do. My brother-in-law has used Diane to travel around the world and said he truly valued her professionalism and expertise. My husband had a thousand questions and concerns and Diane met all of them with patience and direction. We could not have done it all without her.

The two ladies I talked to were very… The two ladies I talked to were very helpful and was able to answer my questions. With this being my first cruise there is some additional information that could of been helpful I did not think to ask. They will book flights but was told they get no discount so I went a head and booked our flights. Not having any experience with cruises I booked a later flight. It maybe helpful to let customers know that is not necessary so they don’t have to spend all day in the airport. We didn’t get home til 2 am.
