Returnee many times over Alice G has been my travel agent for many vacations and I can't say enough how she goes the extra mile for me and my traveling partners. She has let the resorts know if it's a special celebration trip and if I'm returning to a particular resort chain she has gone up and beyond to make sure we have a great room (Even when they have been overbooked!) SIMPLY THE BEST !!! Working with All Travel is always a pleasant and rewarding experience. Patrick Mack is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of cruising. He never gets flustered or upset when changes are necessary or even with cancelled cruises. I enjoy talking with Patrick, I consider him a friend as well as our travel advisor. All Travel/ Patrick did excellent job… All Travel/ Patrick did excellent job for me. This is 2ond trip that Patrick has helped me plan and both have been memorable . I thought Regent just fine,cabin, staff, food excellent. I do however remain a Crystal Cruiser. Their enrichment programs,and staff to passenger ratio are features I prefer . The entertainment on Crystal is in my opinion better than Regent. Having written the above,the Destinations/ Tours staff were just grand and reception people could not have been more accommodating. I would not hesitate to travel Regent again.I will soon make fall cruise plans with Patrick and All Travel..

Agency no one knows i don't know about this agency but i wanted to tell you guy's that every shining thing is not gold and here once in my life i try to use a new travel agency which never does any marketing and no body know about that agency ticketingdesk.online and i have taken travel services from them and the service was outstanding and the agent kevin from ticketingdesk.online was awesome . i would recommend everyone to use this agency once. you will never regret it.
