Cecilia was a wonderful first contact and initial planner. Valentina and Flavia were our local Italy concierges. Our itinerary was well planned and very personalized. They were available and responsive anytime we had any issues… train cancellation, getting lost in Venice. Valentina met us at our first hotel. Venice, Florence, Rome, Sorrento. All hotels were wonderful. The private drivers for our transfers and private tours became our friends. Everything was first class and exceptional. We were totally spoiled.
