always reliable, on time and friendly service I was lucky to find Charlene's when looking for an airport service in Durham. I have needed to travel to Durham quite a bit recently for family issues and I knew I could always rely on them. Great value, timely and reliable service, great follow up and confirmations. I enjoyed learning the history of the drivers, very engaging.

excellent service, very accomodating my flight into Raleigh arrived almost 45 minutes early and the driver was already waiting for me. very nice and great driver. my meeting ended almost an hour early and the driver was able to pick me up early. very pleased with the service. would definitely use Charlene's Safe Ride again without hesitation.
