Fat tire took our money without providing a service We booked our tour on April 9th 2019 for a tour on April 19th 2019. We received a email with our receipt and this email stated this was only our receipt and this did not and was not a confirmation of our tour. We NEVER received a confirmation nor did we receive any information about where to meet for our tour. You took our money without providing a service. We'll make sure we tell everyone about your lousy service.

Excellent Tour Guides! Excellent, professional, and fun! Just be careful of local scammers who can spot tourists a mile away. When your guide shows up, you’ll know s/he is legit by asking enough questions :)

Amazing Bike Tour to Versailles. Sam is awesome! The bike tour to Versailles was so special for our family. Our tween son said it was his favorite part of our whole trip to Paris and up there for the rest of the family as well. Sam, our guide was full of great information and excellent at keeping the group together in a fun and relaxing way. I noticed how patient she was with the kids as well. We will definitely is Fat Tire again and have already recommended to several friends.

Great booking experience! Have not take the tours yet as our trip is not scheduled until June. However, the booking process has been excellent. We have booked two tours so far and the customer reps have been most helpful. Jordan out of the Austin Office was especially helpful and patient with us.

Website was easy and clear to use with… Website was easy and clear to use with relevant information up front. Only confusing issue was the notification that came up when I booked tickets - payment was required at the same time as a message which said bookings are not confirmed just by reserving tickets online. Had to wait for email - but this came quickly. Also - Shouldn’t have to pay unless booking is confirmed.
