Great booking experience! Have not take the tours yet as our trip is not scheduled until June. However, the booking process has been excellent. We have booked two tours so far and the customer reps have been most helpful. Jordan out of the Austin Office was especially helpful and patient with us.

Need more detail on website I could not find a place on the website for descriptions of the tours themselves. Also, the pop up windows on the page block you from navigating it so easily. My friend gave a great review of Fat Tire Tours, so I am happy to book with you, but I might have gone with something else if she had not recommended you.

Our host was awesome and guided us… Our host was awesome and guided us through the streets of Paris with no problems. She was fun and engaging and it was so awesome to end our tour with a trip down the River Seine with the sun setting on the beautiful architecture of Paris. She provided us with ample opportunity to take memorable pictures and it was a highlight of our trip we will never forget!

Buyer Beware Buyer Beware! Very deceptive company. I booked a tour in US dollars and canceled it. I did not get 100% refund as guaranteed. They said it is based on the exchange rate so I did not get a 100% refund. I lost money. So when it states 100% refund guaranteed it should be 100% refund no matter what currency you pay with.

Excellent Tour Guides! Excellent, professional, and fun! Just be careful of local scammers who can spot tourists a mile away. When your guide shows up, you’ll know s/he is legit by asking enough questions :)
