Redeem Vacations is a scam Redeem Vacations is a scam. first off I had a voucher for a complimentary vacation to Lake Tahoe however" the calendar only shows available dates for the winter, which didn't work for me. When I contacted redeem vacations to cancel the voucher, I was told the reservation voucher for taxes and fees are non-refundable. They tried to offer me a different destination , I specifically told them I wasn't interested in any other properties or destinations and that I want a refund, these people are scammers. They don't have a customer service number you have to chat with a agent not good for business

Great helpful staff, easier process than it seems :) The process of activating the gift card was easy. Then booking the accommodation a few months later was also quite good. Some more detaield instructions would have been more helpful at the start (with how the process works) but when I was confused, the team were really helpful with their answers!

After installing a solar power system… After installing a solar power system on our home we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary 3 night holiday on the Gold Coast through redeem vacations. There was a wide selection of hotels to choose from and plenty of dates available to choose from. We ended up deciding to stay at The Hilton in Surfers Paradise and couldn't fault the experience.

Friendly helpful staff We had a very nice stay and enjoyed our time at Virginia beach. Even though the weather was rainy and cold the indoor pool and activities made our stay fun.
