GBScam Scam, Scam, Scam. Won a so-called vacation from a business conference I attended. First red flag after paying taxes 1) No contact phone number 2) only customer service is through chat 3)Constantly ran in circles regarding not being able to complete the reservation for more than 4 hours (that was divine protection) 4) Can't get answers from anyone 5) asked for someone to call me, via chat, via email, etc... Was given total runaround and told their "system is being updated" ... for 4 hours now Just RUN! RUN! RUN! PLEASE RUN! THEY ARE SCAMMERS

GB5 out 5 We loved our trip My family of 4 had an amazing time at our redeem vacation. The hotel we stay in was Clarion Inn Ormond Beach at Destination Daytona. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was amazing and we got the service we needed when we needed it. I will definitely be going back the next time I visit Florida.

AUAfter installing a solar power system… After installing a solar power system on our home we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary 3 night holiday on the Gold Coast through redeem vacations. There was a wide selection of hotels to choose from and plenty of dates available to choose from. We ended up deciding to stay at The Hilton in Surfers Paradise and couldn't fault the experience.
