The did not get me the flight that they… They did not get me the flight that they promised me and I have been waiting for two months for my 299 dollar refund. I am going to call them every day until I get it. They keep putting me on hold and telling me lies that they submit the refund but did not. Terrible company I don't even think it's a real company do not use them. It's so sad that there even doing this too people it makes me sick to my stomach.

Viktor was able to help us get it resolved and the day before our flight we received our tickets. After the confusion and we received our boarding passes everything was smooth from that point on. We even got to sit together and the seats were in the front of the plane.
