Viktor was able to help us get it resolved and the day before our flight we received our tickets. After the confusion and we received our boarding passes everything was smooth from that point on. We even got to sit together and the seats were in the front of the plane.

If you are making last minute travel arrangements and are use to seeing your plans in hand, your anxiety will shoot through the roof. Last minute travel agent Victor and Vaalian were my point of contacts and exercised great patience with me. Communication could be a bit better however I made to my destination and back home, no delay
