When necessary she contacted me by phone to assist and confirm. The only thing that is a nuisance is on a multi sector flight, some flights are operated by another carrier which complicates seat and meal selection. Thanks for your assistance Betty.

Very good experience with a few hiccups I purchased tickets via a third-party website which led me to Destina Holidays. While I was initially apprehensive (I'd never heard of this company before) I ended up having on of the best flight experiences. A cancelled flight and a rebooking landed me in first class on my way back (thanks Delta!) so this definitely led me to form a rather positive opinion of DH. The representative I spoke to was very communicative and helpful; he informed me that my baggage wasn't included in one of my flights but that he'd try to work something out, and did. I saved 75$ there. Tickets were issued the day of the purchase. I had two issues with the service. The first was the calling. Shortly after purchasing your tickets, a representative calls you to confirm the purchase. I don't live in the States and my phone plan doesn't include international calls, so I had to purchase an add-on to call them back; that was a hassle. The second was that no pdf of my e-tickets was issued, so while I did technically have tickets, I didn't have them on my phone and always had to wait in line to print my boarding pass. Moreover none of the codes they sent me worked, so that was stressful. Despite that, the flights were all confirmed and booked with the airlines so it all worked out. Overall, they're legit and I would purchase tickets through them again, but I hope that the two issues I mentioned above will be addressed.

Although due to a digit number error in writing my phone number your staff was very focused on getting my flight ticket. For me it was unnerving until a staff member called me to resolve the situation. Sorry I created difficulties in processing my flight request. I rated a 5 because it was well deserved.
