The tour needs to give more info about Nome -see comment. The tour needs to give more info about environment , people & culture of Nome and much less personal life story of the driver/guide. It was more an "ego trip" for the mayor and not really a "tour of Nome".

Our Alaska experience was wonderful Our Alaska experience was wonderful. The Golden Dome train exceeded expectations. I highly recommend it. The Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge, the Lakefront Anchorage Lodge and the Harbor 360 Hotel in Seward were all great lodges, each with their unique ambience and spectacular views. The Denali Park Village hotel was good, but their shuttle was slow to pick up arriving passengers. Denali Bluffs Hotel was average. All three boat rides: Mahay's Jet Boat, McKinley Run and Kenai Fjords Natl Park Cruise were great -we highly recommend. And don't miss the tram ride in Girdwood. Thank you Explore Tours. We had a great time and couldn't have done it without you.

Wonderful trip to Alaska Wonderful trip! Fantastic tour director and coach driver. Very relaxed vacation. Saw everything we wanted in Alaska without any effort on our part. Just get on the bus/train at the right time.
