He even told me to check the better business bureau page as well as the airline page we were booking on! Can't beat the assistance and price! Seat assignments were also gotten as we wanted. Booked with Neal to bring daughter back… Booked with Neal to bring daughter back from Texas on Frontier. But they don't do unaccompanied minors as of November 2018. Put us in a desperate situation. When I called them to talk about it the gentleman said he couldn't do anything. This complaint will also be listed in their BBB page
