GBPhishing scam Phishing scam. Said they were United Airlines reps., and charged $400. United phoned minutes later, said they got a phony travel change, and advised the company is fraudulent. United said I would have gotten a refund of $26. United then had to for real change my reservation. Stay Away !!!!!

MXI love the experience with Hezel… I love the experience with Hezel humanity,professional AND parience. Besides I do guy speaks very bad spanish,he does not understand AND just pretend help repeating the same as a loop bad Song! He do not understand the request. So I love Heizel attention! GBShelly was very helpful in correcting… Shelly was very helpful in correcting mistakes that occurred. She gets 5 🌟 not happy about being over charged 602.00 ex paying 889.20 for a 287.20 flight or the constant back and forth with airlines and agency just to get confomation # or ticket info straightened out very stressful but everything is taken care of so I'm 5 🌟 happy now anyway.

GBHenry worked diligently all day to… Henry worked diligently all day to resolve an issue the airlines created by issuing me someone else’s boarding pass (which I didn’t realize until I was on board). Then they cancelled my return flight and Henry spent the day getting this resolved so I could still return home on the original flight. I give the highest praise to Henry and the customer service he provided. Thank you so much Henry, you did a wonderful job.
