Excellent Order Experience The particular case I ordered seems either very scare right now, or extremely expensive where I did find it. Great Experience! I was looking for a particular Tumi briefcase on Tumi.com but they’ve been sold out for 2 months. I also called several Tumi stores who don’t carry the product. With Fathers Day approaching I was desperate and decided to Google the briefcase. Excellent service, shipping and product I had some challenges finding the right carry on. It was exhausting to find a soft suitcase that meets the required dimensions when packed. You really have to read the fine print. Anyway, I called and had a very fine representative help me through the process. I wish I could remember her name so I could give her credit. I had ordered another bag from them (too big) and found the service to be excellent. I was kept informed, the suitcase arrived on time and was of excellent quality - I wish it had been the dimensions I needed!
