Great service and expeditious delivery. Big thumbs up! By mistake I ordered a suitcase combination twice, wasn't aware of it. Half an hour later I received a phone call from Luggage Online to confirm I ordered twice. They corrected the mistake and refunded the money. A day and a half later I received my order (in the Netherlands). Very nice product ( FlightCrew 5 Rollaboard plus Tote) and great customer service!!! I'd give ten stars if possible.

Excellent service, shipping and product I had some challenges finding the right carry on. It was exhausting to find a soft suitcase that meets the required dimensions when packed. You really have to read the fine print. Anyway, I called and had a very fine representative help me through the process. I wish I could remember her name so I could give her credit. I had ordered another bag from them (too big) and found the service to be excellent. I was kept informed, the suitcase arrived on time and was of excellent quality - I wish it had been the dimensions I needed!

Bait and switch Signed up and was offerred "Welcome15%" discount. When I tried to check-out was not applied. Tried to call customer service and got voicemail. Then got email telling me offer not applied to certain brands. Bad experience.

I was a little worried that Luggage… I was a little worried that Luggage Online's prices were too good to be true, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they are both good and true. I ordered three pieces that are all first quality and beautiful. They arrived quickly and well-packed. The selection is unbelievable. I will never buy luggage anywhere else again. Great Experience! I was looking for a particular Tumi briefcase on Tumi.com but they’ve been sold out for 2 months. I also called several Tumi stores who don’t carry the product. With Fathers Day approaching I was desperate and decided to Google the briefcase. Luggage Online appeared showing they had the briefcase in stock, I read the website reviews which were mixed however decided to take a chance. The briefcase came in less than 4-5 days and I decided to gift my husband early. He opened the box and is overjoyed. What a great shopping experience! Thank you Luggage Online.
