Very happy with the Team I couldn't be happier with the service and deal Nitesh and his team came up with. Online air ticket prices were way higher than the fares provided by TTL. Hats off to the team for constantly following up and keep looking for different options for my changing needs. I definitely recommend TTL before you book online and want better air ticket deals.

Jaspreet: Great going! Jaspreet is a good customer rep. she has patience to listen and cater to customers queries. Great work by your company in follow up with customers. Improvements for your company: Website needs more user friendly interface so that customers can choose and book their own flights. I did not like the idea of not been able to choose my seats. 72 hours before the flights all the good seats might be gone. I needed the window seat for all four lags and want asian vegetarian meal. Customers can choose seats at other websites. You should be able to provide that as well. Seema Jain

Great service, efficient, friendly and helpful! I initially contacted TTL Holidays for last minute multiple international flights. Navneet Bagga was the representative that assisted me. He was very patient, friendly, and thorough. He was informative, efficient, and met all my expectations. He kept me updated during the entire process until completion. There were a few instances where he needed to return my call, which he did quickly. It was very easy to get a hold of him when I had additional questions. I would recommend this service and will use him for future travel needs.
