First Time User This is the first time I have ever used other than the standard booking websites and I was very apprehensive. I have been burned in the past by other sources but Santo Lee made a believer out of me. I wasn't too thrilled that it was going to take 5 to 7 days for our reservation to be confirmed with a booking number but after I called back everything was as I was told. The fare was not that much cheaper but airfares have gone totally out of control. I will use this service again.

Cancellation turned into BOOKING…. Just as I was about to give up and cancel my online booking Mickey came through and saved the day. Mickey went ABOVE and BEYOND to find a flight that accommodated my inflexible travel date and time when my chosen one was overbooked. He gave me several options and explained things in detail keeping me posted along the process. He also added travel insurance to my flight at no added cost and made sure our seats were assigned in advance since I was traveling with children. In the end he made it happen and now my family will be going to Hawaii after all. A HUGE THANK YOU to Mickey for his EXCELLENT customer service!!!

Excellent service and prices I like to find the lowest airfare I can and when scanning various airfare search engines / comparison websites, I came upon Flightfarehub which showed an extremely reasonable price - too good as it turned out for my intended journey. But I called this organization and got tickets at a lower price than anyone else quoted. Not only was I extremely pleased with the competency of the agent but I received a later call back from Micky telling me that he had found a ticket with a 3 hour shorter layover! This is what is called customer service. There is no doubt that I will use this organization in the future. First time used them, it was fast and easy and my trip turned out to be awesome. Go for it guys.
