Thieves..BEWARE!!! This is the first time I have ever written a negative comment about a company. I come from a place that mistakes are made and give people the benefit of the doubt, however, don't steal my money! I was charged 1288.80 from Catch Any Flight, a third party travel agent. I purchased nonstop tickets on American Airlines from JFK to CanCun Mexico. My flight times were changed three times including a stop over in Miami, Florida. Because the flight was no longer direct and the times were changed more than an hour from my original itinerary, American Airlines was offering a full refund, however, Catch Any Flight needed to provide me the refund. Catch any Flight said I would receive a refund, I have been waiting almost a month and was told my refund would be 1895.00. 684.00 dollars less than what I paid them. I keep getting the run around without an explanation. I have contacted my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. I spoke with American Airlines and they indicated the Catch Any Flight has received a Full refund on their Visa Card!
